Wellness Tip - Dispose of outdated medications
At least once a year, inspect the medications you are taking and dispose of any that are outdated or you are no longer taking. If you buy an off-the-shelf medication, before disposing of the box in favor of keeping the foil sheets, make sure the expiration date is clearly marked on each sheet. If it isn't, keep them in the box.
